Zürich REF Nr 6W2S70 Stellenbeschreibung Du sorgst für die liebevolle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in ihrem Zuhause.Du bietest Unterstützung und Begleitung für die Angehörigen.In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der verantwortlichen Pflegefachperson trägst du dazu bei, eine erstklassige Pflege zu gewährleisten.
AnforderungsprofilDu hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe).Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.Du bist eine erfahrene Fachkraft, die genau weiß, was es braucht, um im Pflegeberuf erfolgreich zu arbeiten.Du bist gerne unterwegs und nutzt bevorzugt das E-Bike, um zu deinen Einsätzen zu gelangen - bei jedem Wetter!
