Zürich REF Nr 2G9P84 Stellenbeschreibung Du bist verantwortlich für die Ausbildung von bis zu 10 Auszubildenden und Studierenden im Pflegebereich, insbesondere der Berufe AGS/FaGe/HF.In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Pflege & Betreuung führst du eigenständig die Ausbildung durch.Du planst eigenverantwortlich alle relevanten Termine und koordiniert die Abläufe in den Abteilungen.Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungsleitungen und Mentoren zusammen, um einen erfolgreichen Wissenstransfer zu gewährleisten.Bei Bedarf übernimmst du zusätzliche Arbeitsstunden im Pflegebereich.
AnforderungsprofilDu hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder eine gleichwertige, vom SRK anerkannte Qualifikation.Entweder verfügst du über das SVEB1-Zertifikat oder ein CAS in Ausbilden im Gesundheitsbereich oder bist bereit, diese Weiterbildung zeitnah zu absolvieren.Du bringst Erfahrung als Ausbilderin mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Langzeitpflege.Deine Leidenschaft liegt in der Förderung junger Talente, die du mit Engagement und Begeisterung auf ihrem beruflichen Weg begleitest.Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst sowohl soziale als auch fachliche und methodische Kompetenzen mit.Du kommunizierst sicher und klar auf Deutsch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.Du bist eine offene, herzliche und humorvolle Persönlichkeit.
