Mittelland AG & SO REF Nr 5I9L57 Stellenbeschreibung Sie sind verantwortlich für die professionelle Pflege von Patientinnen nach chirurgischen Eingriffen sowie von Wöchnerinnen und Patientinnen in der Frauenklinik.
Aktiv tragen Sie zur Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeprozesses bei und setzen innovative Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Pflegequalität um.
Ihr Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Pflege und der Optimierung der Wirksamkeit pflegerischer Maßnahmen.
Sie fördern eine lösungsorientierte und respektvolle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und unterstützen den Austausch und die Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams.
AnforderungsprofilSie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN II oder AKP (bei ausländischem Diplom mit SRK-Anerkennung).
Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkten in der Chirurgie oder Frauenheilkunde.
Ihr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und fundiertes Fachwissen in der Pflege zeichnen Sie aus, wobei die Betreuung von Mutter und Kind sowie chirurgischen Patientinnen für Sie im Mittelpunkt steht.
Sie sind offen für Veränderungen und arbeiten gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Zudem verfügen Sie über ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit aus.
