Zu den Aufgaben der Berufsbeiständin/ des Berufsbeistands gehören insbesondere:
Beratung sowie Begleitung/Vertretung von Einzelpersonen und Familien im Rahmen von Erwachsenenschutzmassnahmen Beratung und Begleitung/Vertretung von Eltern, Kindern und Jugendlichen im Rahmen von Kindesschutzmassnahmen Führung der Einkommens- und Vermögensverwaltungen der Klientinnen und Klienten Wahrung der Rechtsansprüche und Vertretung der Klienten in rechtlichen, administrativen und finanziellen Angelegenheiten Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Drittstellen und Institutionen Was Sie dafür auszeichnet Abschluss in Soziale Arbeit (FH/HFS) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Gewandtheit im mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdruck Hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit in der Arbeitsorganisation, Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein Analytisches-, ressourcen- und lösungsorientiertes Denken Hohe Belastbarkeit und Empathie gegenüber Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office-Programme, KLIB von Vorteil), Führerschein Kat.
BSozialkompetenzen, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement Idealerweise verfügen Sie über:
