Ihre Aufgaben:
Kompetente und individuelle Beratung unserer Kunden zu Versicherungsprodukten und Vorsorgelösungen
Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Erstellung von massgeschneiderten Versicherungskonzepten
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms
Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen zwingend über einen VBV- oder IAF-Abschluss
Erfahrung im Versicherungsbereich oder in der Kundenberatung
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Selbständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Beratungstools
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
