Environmental Conditions
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

At our Langenselbold/Germany location, we produce microbiological safety workbenches, CO2 incubators, microbiological incubators, heating and drying cabinets, vacuum drying cabinets, and high-temperature ovens on an area of almost 15,000 m².
To support our customers in Switzerland, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/x) at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks:
You are responsible for leading all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management. This includes the installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualification/calibration. You also act as an advocate for your customers and strive to build strong, mutually useful relationships.
Documentation of the activities within the framework of the weekly or monthly reporting system
Support of customers with technical questions
Ensuring a high quality standard
Requirements:
Completed vocational training or further education as a technician, electronics technician, or comparable qualification
Minimum 2-3 years experience in the field service area
Confident appearance, independent working method, self-organization, initiative, and reliability
High willingness to travel, mainly within the service region, occasionally within EMEA
Confirmed IT knowledge
Proficient in German, both verbal and written
Good English skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge in French is an advantage
Driving license
