Adecco Bienne Medical recrute ! Nous recherchons actuellement des Éducateurs/trices HES ou ES pour rejoindre notre POOL dynamique dans le secteur du handicap pour la région de Neuchâtel.
Responsabilités Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
Accompagner et soutenir les bénéficiaires dans leur quotidien en fonction de leur plan individuel d'accompagnement.
Travailler en collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire (psychologues, soignants, animateurs, etc.) pour favoriser l'autonomie et le bien-être des personnes prises en charge.
Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des projets éducatifs adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des personnes en situation de handicap.
Assurer un environnement sécurisé et stimulant, en veillant au respect des droits et de la dignité des personnes accompagnées.
Profil Diplôme d'Éducateur/trice HES-ES ou reconnu en Suisse par SEFRI H/F/D Nous recherchons des candidats disposant des qualifications suivantes :
Diplôme HES ou ES en éducation spécialisée, ou un diplôme étranger équivalent avec reconnaissance SEFRI.
Expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine du handicap, idéalement dans l'accompagnement de personnes avec un handicap lourd (troubles du spectre autistique, trouble du comportement, etc).
Excellentes capacités relationnelles et une grande patience, avec un fort engagement dans l'accompagnement des personnes vulnérables.
Compétence en gestion de situations de crise, avec une approche bienveillante et respectueuse.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit Bénéfices Contrats flexibles selon vos disponibilités (temps partiel, missions temporaires).
