30 Uhr AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Zubereitung und Produktion von Speisen gemäß den vorgegebenen Rezepturen in der warmen und kalten Küche.
Sie unterstützen beim Anrichten an der Menüstation und sind während des Mittagsservices für die Mahlzeitenausgabe zuständig.
Es handelt sich um ein kleines Team, man ist zu zweit in der Küche.
Es gibt kein Officemitarbeiter im Team, daher spülen die Köche selbst auch in der Spülküche Sie stellen die Qualität der Speisen sicher und achten auf die Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien.
Sie kommunizieren vorbildlich und sicher mit den Gästen auf Deutsch und auf Englisch.
Ihre Arbeitsweise in der Systemgastronomie ist effizient und genau.
Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche.
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin (EFZ-Abschluss) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (fliessend) Belastbare, selbständige und flexible Persönlichkeit als Teamplayer Genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise, dienstleistungsorientierte Art Zusatzleistungen, die wir anbieten:
