Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Klientinnen und Klienten in ihren eigenen vier Wänden und begleitest sie in ihrer individuellen Lebenssituation.Planung und Steuerung:
Du planst und koordinierst alle Schritte im Pflegeprozess und sorgst dafür, dass jede Massnahme gut dokumentiert und auf die Bedürfnisse der Klient:
innen abgestimmt ist.Fachliche Unterstützung:
Du begleitest und förderst Lernende und Studierende und teilst dein Wissen mit den zukünftigen Fachkräften der Branche.
AnforderungsprofilDu hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl.
Pflegefachperson HF oder bist Wiedereinsteigerin/Wiedereinsteiger in den Pflegeberuf - und bringst die nötige Fachkompetenz mit.Du bist eine offene, reflektierte und flexible Persönlichkeit, die gerne auf Menschen zugeht und in einem interdisziplinären Team arbeitet.Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu deinen Klientinnen und Klienten auf und bleibst auch in komplexen Situationen ruhig und besonnen.Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast den Führerausweis Kategorie B.
