FM Corporate Sales – Senior Originator

With a multi-products focus, you are responsible for building strong client relationships and structuring new transactions.As FM Sector Originator, you will have a deep knowledge and understanding of our Wholesale Banking (WB) value proposition.
You will be on the frontline of our business, not only as the first point of contact for our clients but also as an important sparring partner for our internal stakeholders within Sectors, Risk, Lending, Transaction Services, and Strategic Products.To match our activities with the WB Sector approach and to increase the focus on cross-buy, we re-designed our sales operating model.
The day-to-day straightforward execution (FX, MM, Commodities) is done by the central Multi-Asset / Multi-Client execution desk.
As FM Originator / FM Switzerland Corp Sales, you will lead and manage the full process of more complex, non-flow, and loan-linked / strategic transactions.Your key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong relationship with the clients in your portfolio, including listed blue-chip corporate clients.You will have a multi-asset product scope (Rates, FX, Commodities & Equity Derivatives) with a strong focus on Rates, non-flow, added value & more complex products.Strategic (Financial Risk) related partner for our Swiss and international client base.Liaise with clients on industry developments like sustainability, regulation, and innovation.Manage and lead the full process, including pre-lead, pitching, onboarding, and execution effectively and efficiently in combination with your colleagues in the deal team across various departments and countries.Maintain a day-to-day relationship with WB sector teams and have joint client meetings with WB, trading, and research.You will be responsible for improving and maximizing the cross-buy of FM solutions; as such, you are able to establish cooperation/bridges with other ING internal stakeholders.Maintain relationships with other FM stakeholders like Legal, Compliance, and Risk.You will be responsible for operating under our KYC guidelines and ING Orange Code.Geographical scope:

Experienced Financial Markets professional, academic working/thinking level (degree in economics, and/or CFA or equivalent bachelor/master degree).Minimum 7 years of working experience in Rates with Corporate clients.Language skills:
