In this role you will ensure the reliability, efficiency and maintainability of equipment and systems within Biologics facilities.
You will be analyzing performance data, developing and implementing reliability strategies, conducting failure analysis and improving maintenance processes to enhance overall plant reliability, efficiency and reduce downtime.Key responsibilities:
Design and implement reliability improvement plansDevelop, monitor and update maintenance strategies and programsEnsure failure analysis and problem solvingOptimize maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment & system uptime and cost efficiencySupport asset and budget managementResponsible for training and development of engineering & maintenance teams on reliability standard processes and new proceduresEnsure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulationsKey requirements:
University degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experienceExpert in Engineering, Maintenance in Biopharma/GMP environmentVery good understanding of business and financial processesProfessional communication externally and internally at higher levels; strong business understandingStructured, focused and well-organised working attitudeFluent German is required as well as good verbal and written English skillsRelocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to our welcoming community in Visp.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
