Organisation du poste attribué
Préparation de la mise-en-place quotidienne
Préparation et service des repas et des desserts à midi et le soir
Commandes, contrôle des livraisons, inventaires, travaux de nettoyage et contrôle et sécurité au travail dans le cadre du concept HACCP / KOPAS
Soutien au Chef dans la planification du menu et de l'offre ainsi que dans le respect des standards de qualité et de sécurité
Remplacement du Chef en son absence
Ce que vous apportez
Apprentissage professionnel achevé (CFC)
Formation terminée en qualité de cuisinier
Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire et à un poste de direction
dans la gastronomie
Français (couramment)
Italien (un atout)
Vous connaissez bien les recettes italiennes traditionnelles
Vous êtes orienté service et avez une bonne communication
Vous êtes orienté clients et avez une apparence soignée
Vous avez une facilité de compréhension, un bon esprit d'équipe et avez l'habitude de travailler de manière autonome
