Aide-comptable Dans le cadre d'un contrat temporaire à 50% DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
Vous assurez la gestion des opérations comptables liées aux dettes fournisseurs et autres dettes conformément aux règles comptables en vigueur, tout en apportant un soutien opérationnel à votre responsable hiérarchique.
Comptabilité Achat • Vous réceptionnez l'ensemble des factures via les différents canaux (courrier, mail, internet).
• Vous contrôlez le respect des normes fiscales et comptables des factures.
• Vous traitez les anomalies identifiées.
• Vous scannez et enregistrez l'ensemble des factures.
• Vous créez les commandes si nécessaire.
• Vous comptabilisez les factures fournisseurs et autres dettes conformément aux normes fiscales et comptables.
• Vous gérez les relances fournisseurs (demandes de factures, suivi des factures retournées, factures payées, etc.).
• Vous informez votre supérieur des litiges en attente de résolution.
• Vous classez et archivez les factures.
Autres missions • Vous saisissez les mouvements de caisse.
• Vous gérez la boîte mail « compta ».
• Vous veillez au respect des délais.
PROFIL ATTENDU:
Expérience 1-2 ans (saisie, facturation fournisseur) Langues :
Français, maitrise de l'allemand un atout Utilisation/ Maitrise du logiciel Polylog un atout
