Real Estate Inside Sales Representative

Base Salary: $40,000 per year (+/- 3% based on experience)
Performance Bonus: $100 per verified appointment set
Expected to book 3-6 appointments per week, offering an additional potential bonus range of $15,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on performance.
Total Compensation Potential: $55,000-$75,000+ annually.

What You'll Do:
Identify and connect with potential sellers of luxury homes in the Sarasota area.
Conduct warm and cold outreach via phone and email to schedule appointments with prospective clients.
Build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals, showcasing our expertise in the Sarasota luxury market.
Meet or exceed weekly targets by scheduling 3-6 high-quality appointments for our real estate team.
Maintain accurate client information and call logs using CRM software.
