Aufgaben:
Eigenständige Betreuung der Einkaufstätigkeiten wie Lieferantenauswahl, Angebotseinholung, Konditionsverhandlungen, Bestellung, Terminüberwachung und Stammdatenpflege.
Erstellung von Produktionsaufträgen und teilweise Anlage und Pflege von Artikeln und Stücklisten.
Prüfung und Erfassung von Wareneingangsrechnungen.
Ermittlung und Realisierung von Optimierungs- und Einsparpotentialen im Rahmen der Beschaffung.
Regelmäßige Lieferantenbewertungen und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Erkenntnisse in adäquate Maßnahmen.
Qualifikationen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im medizinischen Bereich.
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Sichere Anwendungskenntnisse in MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
