Afin de compléter son équipe, un restaurant dans le Val d'Hérens nous a mandaté afin de le soutenir pour la recherche d'un :
Cuisinier (H/F) DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
En tant que cuisinier qualifié , vous serez en charge de la bonne marche et de la conduite de la cuisine sur le plan opérationnel.
Il s'agit d'une petite cuisine avec une petite équipe à gérer au quotidien.
Vos priorités seront orientées vers la qualité des prestations, le respect des standards et le relationnel au sein de votre équipe et de la direction.
Vous proposerez une carte en mettant en valeur les produits de la région ainsi que les menus du jour et la spécialité de la maison.
En plus de la partie culinaire, vous aurez à gérer les commandes et les fournisseurs, ainsi que la bonne tenue de la cuisine au niveau de l'hygiène et de la sécurité.
PROFIL ATTENDU:
Au bénéfice d'un CFC en cuisine , ou d'une formation jugée équivalente, vous avez assumé des postes en cuisine en toute autonomie.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les règles d'hygiène HACCP ainsi que la tenue d'une cuisine.
Le calcul et le suivi des coûts vous est familiers et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
Vous êtes motivé, volontaire et engagé dans votre fonction.
Vous considérez la cuisine comme une passion.
Vous savez définir et contrôler des objectifs clairs.
