Your cultural sensitivity, ability to work independently, and creativity allow you to shine in an international matrix organization.

Further requirements include:

Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability management, mathematics, or quantitative field.

At least proven 8-10 years of experience in a similar position or in a consultant position.

In-depth understanding of climate risks, carbon accounting, and TCFD recommendations.

Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.
g.
, ESRS, ISSB, GRI, CDP).

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Effective project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives from inception to completion.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Willingness to learn and constantly self-educate.

Proficiency in English and German.
