Als Fachspezialist/in im Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement übernimmst du Verantwortung im Bereich Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement der ZURZACH Care-Gruppe.
Dabei stellst du den weiteren Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Prozessmanagementsystems wie auch ein professionelles Beschwerdemanagement sicher.
Das macht diese Stelle besonders:
Erstellung und Überprüfung von Prozessen und Prozesslandkarten Betreuung des Prozess- und Dokumentenmanagementsystems Durchführung interner Prozessaudits sowie Begleitung von externen Audits wie nationale Qualitätsaudits, EFQM, etc Aufgabenübernahme im zentralen Beschwerdemanagement Methodische Unterstützung und Beratung in Bezug auf Qualitätsmanagement-Aktivitäten Coaching der zugewiesenen Prozesseigner sowie Durchführung von Schulungen für alle Benutzergruppen Einsätze an verschiedenen ZURZACH Care-Standorten Das bringst du mit:
Du bist ein erfahrener Profi im Prozessmanagement (BPMN 2.0), idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen mit Prozessmanagementsystemen wie BIC oder signavio Du verfügst über ein einschlägiges Studium, einen CAS-Abschluss oder eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Prozessmanagement Du bringst Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen mit und hast praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und präzise und selbständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus Du kommunizierst schriftlich und mündlich in deutscher Sprache und trittst sicher und professionell auf Du denkst innovativ, übernimmst Verantwortung und arbeitest interdisziplinär Du schätzt selbstständiges Arbeiten und die kollegiale Zusammenarbeit im Team Das bieten wir dir :
