• Agiles Arbeiten liegt dir im Blut, und du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Methoden und Frameworks wie SAFe, Scrum oder Kanban.
• Du bist in der Lage, komplexe technische Konzepte klar und verständlich für verschiedene Zielgruppen zu erklären.
• Deine praktische Erfahrung mit Tools wie JIRA, Confluence oder der ServiceNow Suite hilft dir, Arbeitsprozesse effizient zu steuern.
• Dein analytisches Denkvermögen und deine strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
• Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich gut auf Deutsch, verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und hast Grundkenntnisse in einer zweiten Landessprache.
