proširenja našeg tima u potrazi smo za inženjerima gradilišta s iskustvom u
području izgradnje prometnica. Naša gradilišta nalaze se na području Slavonije
i kontinentalne Hrvatske, stoga je potrebna spremnost na putovanje i terenski
rad.
• samostalno vođenje radova, analiziranje projekta i sagledavanje mogućnosti izvođenja radova na gradilištu
• obrada zaprimljenih ponuda, kontroliranje količina iz projekta i troškovnika
• izrada terminskih planova te planova ugovaranja, narudžbe materijala i ostalih resursa
• sudjelovanje u osnivanju gradilišta i osiguravanje svih uvjeta za početak radova
• dostavljanje i izrada izvještaja o izvršenim dijelovima radova te njihovih troškova, praćenje financijskih rezultata gradilišta
• sudjelovanje u izvođenju radova na gradilištu po kvaliteti, kvantiteti, rokovima i troškovima
• sudjelovanje u organizaciji i koordinaciji radova na gradilištu u skladu s projektom i ugovorom
• sudjelovanje u ugovaranju radova s podizvođačima, dobavljačima i ostalim dionicima u izgradnji te kontrola provedbe
• koordinacija s gradilišnim timom, kontrola izvršenja radova, vođenje građevinskog dnevnika te izrada građevinske knjige
• priprema dokumentacije za raspisivanje radova na gradilištu i obrada pristiglih ponuda
• izrada posebnih uvjeta ugovaranja za pojedine vrste radova u skladu s uputama koncerna
• sudjelovanje na koordinacijskim sastancima s investitorom, nadzornim inženjerom, podizvođačima i dobavljačima
• priprema novih natječaja
• organizacija, osiguranje i stroga primjena mjera i sredstava zaštite na radu i protupožarne zaštite sukladno aktima društva
Qualifikationen
• završen stručni ili sveučilišni studij građevinarstva; VSS/VŠS
• minimalno 4 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
• položen stručni ispit
• znanje engleskog i/ili njemačkog jezika u govoru i pismu
• dobro poznavanje i provođenje mjera zaštite na radu
• vozačka dozvola B kategorije
• spremnost na putovanja i rad na terenu
• razvijene komunikacijske vještine i usmjerenost timskom radu
• samostalnost u radu i spremnost na rad u dinamičnoj radnoj okolini
