Job Summary:
We are hiring a Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations, provide patient-centred care, and offer private consultations in Whitehorse, Yukon.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing and administering vaccinations.
• Maintain inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Stay current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry.
• Offer private consultations and provide clinical services, including medication management and health screening.
Requirements:
• Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT).
• Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge.
