The opportunity

CWB National Leasing is seeking an Assignment Assumptions Coordinator to offer outstanding service and support to internal teams, collaborators, customers, and partners. You'll play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction, establishing strong relationships, and efficiently processing assignment assumption transactions to support our growth. As a key team member, you will partner with CWB National teams, sales, credit and service departments, providing seamless support and ensuring targeted turnaround times. The day-to-day

Communicate. Coordinate. Action. Repeat! Collaborate with Equipment Finance sales, vendor and broker partners, and operations teams to deliver client-first solutions and handle risk.
Maintain expertise in business structures, legal requirements, asset types, and credit policies.
Assess customer requests to identify appropriate transaction type, gather required documentation, and accurately process assignments, assumptions, amalgamations, and name changes.
Lead the credit application process, including appeals and change requests, while ensuring contract enforceability and generating transaction documentation.
Provide clear, professional communication to customers and third parties, explaining processes and documentation.
Accurately record updates and actions in the Felix system and handle financial adjustments, account reconciliations, and workflow prioritization.
Handle difficult conversations, provide outstanding customer service, and identify areas for training and operational improvements.
Organize and maintain all transactional files, ensuring timely completion and adherence to compliance standards.
Successful incumbent

Known for professionalism, accountability, and diligence, they embrace a positive, team-focused demeanour, demonstrating strong analytical skills and proven accuracy in documentation. Proactively solving problems, they excel in customer service, build relationships at all levels, and exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Adaptable and willing to learn on the fly, they effectively handle changing priorities.

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from Business degree or diploma or equivalent work experience
Three (3) years administration experience in the finance industry
Analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge and understanding of receivable account skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated abilities executing with tact and assertiveness
Bilingual in French & English is considered an asset.
