Gérer les chantiers résidentielsValider l'avancement des chantiers et maintenir informés les adjoints administratifsEffectuer la planification de la main d'œuvre sur les chantiersGérer les horaires de travail de la main d'œuvre de chantierEffectuer la coordination de chantier avec les adjointes administrativesEffectuer le contrôle qualité sur les chantiersRégler les problématiques rencontrées au chantierApprouver les feuilles de temps des employés de chantierValider les temps matériels et les rapports de chantierFormer les employés de chantiersVeiller à l'application du code de plomberie et des bonnes pratiques techniques sur le chantierFaire respecter les normes CNESST sur les chantiersInstaller les enseignes de chantierGérer l'outillageGérer la flotte de véhicule complètePlanifier et implanter les procédures reliées aux activités de chantierParticiper à l'évaluation des adjointes administratives ainsi que des employés de chantierEffectuer des travaux sur les chantiersEffectuer des appels de serviceConnaissances, compétences et formations requises:
