We are currently recruiting a Key Holder to join our retail team at the May Fair Shopping Centre in Victoria BC.Availability:
Open Availability ( 25 - 30 Hours/week)Rate:
$19.00/HRKey responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresWelcome customers to the store and answer their questionsGo the extra 'mile' to drive salesActively seek out customers in storeRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsCross sell productsHandle returns of merchandiseBuild trusted relationships with customersComply with inventory control procedures and visual merchandising standardsAct as a brand ambassador for our productsAct as a team member to achieve sales targets and goalsOpening and closing proceduresSupport with cash handling and inventory duties including restocking of productsAssist with corporate giftingOther duties as assignedPrepare Daily Bank DepositsHired, trained and evaluated personnel in sales and marketing.Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar roleBasic understanding of customer service practices and sales principlesTrack record of achieving sales targetsHands-on experience with POS transactionsFamiliarity with inventory proceduresSolid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerAvailability to work flexible shiftsHigh school diplomaA passion for chocolate!We thank all those who have applied, however only the selected candidates will be contacted.
