Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

We are the Business Intelligence team, an essential component of the TELUS Small Business Marketing (SMB) organization. Our primary responsibility is to empower data-driven insights and strategic business outcomes. We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and dedicated team committed to swiftly adapting to the evolving needs of Canadian business customers, spanning Small, Medium, and Large enterprises.

The Senior Strategy Manager, reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Product Harmonization (EPH), GCP Strategy & Offshore Governance, must possess exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role entails driving the BI GCP migration strategy and assisting the team in formulating and communicating innovative strategies and plans.

• Provide regular updates on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to the executive leadership team.
• Oversee the monthly forecasting process of TBM BI team and monthly financial performance update.
• Organize and facilitate governance forums with multiple stakeholders from BI, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Spearhead executive-level storytelling and deck building, synthesizing complex information into meaningful recommendations.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Business Intelligence teams to minimize areas of risk and ensure alignment between KPI commitments and actual results.
• Lead the development of TBM BI overall strategic plan and semi-annual strategic reviews.
• Develop scenario-based analyses and make strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.

What you bring

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Past experience/interest in telecommunications/technology.
• 7+ Years of experience in Data Analytics, strategy or management consulting environment.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform migration projects and strategy.
