We are looking for a dedicated person to join our team and drive the evolution of TELUS Internet by focusing on critical customer experience insights.
Utilizing a blend of quantitative data evaluation and qualitative customer feedback, you will recognize pain points and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Your strong coordination and governance skills will enable you to develop and implement operational programs that address these opportunities.
In partnership with internal stakeholders, you will work to streamline our operations, reduce costs, and enhance value, all while ensuring an improved customer experience.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and business casing.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent program management skills and a passion for technology and innovation.Financials:
Manage budgets, forecasting models, and business cases to ensure financial health and alignment with company goalsRoadmap Planning & Strategy:
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demandsStakeholder Management & Governance:
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective governance of product initiativesBusiness Casing:

Ability to juggle multiple duties and provide a cohesive view of a wide-spanning and diverse portfolioData Evaluation Skills:
Ability to creatively collect data, evaluate and structure problems, and develop recommendations.

$96,000-$144,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:
15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
