Benevity is looking for our next Digital Experiences Manager who will have the opportunity to lead our online experience program to engage audiences and drive business goals. In this role, you will partner with our Product, Sales, Client Success, Enablement and Marketing teams to strategize, position and market our solutions to drive sales, adoption and retention.

What you'll do:

• Create and implement our global webinar strategy to engage clients and prospects, across the entire funnel, to drive and convert revenue
• Plan, manage, and execute a global webinar calendar for various audiences across the sales funnel, optimizing for lead generation and sales engagement
• Align closely with internal teams to create content and source speakers
• Work closely with the Demand Generation team to create milestone digital content that drives pipeline and revenue goals
• Manage steps and deliverables across the entire event process, from planning through to final reporting
• Monitor the performance of digital events, including event attendance, engagement, lead quality, and pipeline attributed
• Create and implement the marketing strategy for our annual user conference to drive pass sales and engage clients and prospects
• Support and execute marketing campaigns and content for in-person events as needed

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience executing in B2B demand generation, event management, and/or field marketing
• Strong digital event management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated success running a digital event from end to end
• Deep knowledge of key B2B marketing principles and channels
• Ability to perform in a high-growth and high-energy environment
• Strong communicator, verbal and written
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Problem-solving skills
• A passion for the details and keeping events and tasks running smoothly
