In this role, you'll drive the adoption and utilization of cutting-edge technology across multiple healthcare sites.What you will be doing:
Oversee daily account management across multiple healthcare facilities.Conduct key activities such as observation cleans, in-servicing, troubleshooting, and staff training while fostering account champions.Ensure optimal account utilization through staff education, regular rounding, and consistent communication with a major Health Authority.Establish and nurture strong relationships with site leads and key stakeholders at each facility.Overseeing implementations, monitoring weekly utilization, and providing on-site support.Managing pilots and rollouts at acute and non-acute facilities.Supporting ROI data collection to demonstrate the value of solutions.The experience you bring:
3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Hospital Education within the Medical Devices or Infection Prevention sectors, preferably in a clinical or customer specialist role.Proven experience driving whole-house practice changes and working with Quality/IP/EVS teams.A track record of success in introducing novel technologies.Ability to travel across BC.If you're a dynamic professional ready to make an impact in infection prevention, we'd love to hear from you!
