En tant que conseiller en ressources humaines, vous aurez comme mandat principal de vous impliquer dans la gestion opérationnelle courante des ressources humaines. Plus précisément, vous aurez à :
Participer au processus de dotation en collaboration avec les gestionnaires, assurer la gestion des plateformes de recrutement, rédiger les ententes avec les candidats et participer à l'accueil et l'intégration des nouveaux employés ;
Offrir un service aux employés concernant les questions techniques et administratives, les divers programmes, congés, politiques et avantages ;
Assurer une gestion proactive des relations de travail ;
Fournir des conseils et du soutien dans la gestion quotidienne des situations liées aux ressources humaines auprès des gestionnaires et des employés ;
Collaborer avec l'équipe des ressources humaines en maintenant un esprit d'entraide dans le département ;
Participer aux programmes des ressources humaines, y compris le recrutement, l'intégration des nouveaux employés, la résolution des questions relatives à la paie et aux avantages sociaux, la gestion des congés et du retour au travail ;
Veiller à l'administration générale des ressources humaines, y compris le traitement des changements de personnel et maintenir les dossiers des employés à jour ;
Supporter la Directrice des ressources humaines dans différents mandats traitant des ressources humaines ;
Supporter l'utilisation et le maintien des outils RH en place ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.Détenir un baccalauréat en ressources humaines, un certificat en gestion des ressources humaines ou toute autre formation pertinente ;
5 à 8 années d'expérience en gestion des ressources humaines ;
Expérience en RH dans une entreprise multisites ;
Compétences avancées avec la suite Office ;
Maintenir à jour vos connaissances des lois en vigueur, des pratiques et tendances en matière de RH (Québec et Ontario) ;
Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit pour communiquer avec nos partenaires hors Québec ;
Avoir des connaissances des logiciels Folks et Prextra (atout) ;
Doit être en mesure de se déplacer à l'occasion ;
Écoute active ;
Collaboration ;
Habileté en communication interpersonnelle ;
Faire preuve de rigueur et d'intégrité ;
Faire preuve d'autonomie ;
Sens de l'organisation ;
Capacité à travailler plusieurs dossiers simultanément ;
Gestion des priorités ;
Excellent jugement.
