Le poste est disponible au chantier GM POSCO - Bécancour
La personne sera impliquée dans la gestion opérationnelle courante de l'administration de projets. Plus précisément, elle aura à :
Faire le traitement des réquisitions (matériel et main-d'œuvre) ;
Associer les dépenses aux projets et s'assurer de la véracité des informations ;
Compiler quotidiennement les données d'opération de chantier ;
Produire les documents qui doivent être approuvés par le client ;
Gérer les échanges clients à l'aide d'un logiciel de signature électronique ;
Faire le processus complet de la facturation à la clientèle et préparer les pièces justificatives ;
Effectuer les suivis avec les clients et les directeurs de projets ;
Saisir les données dans le système comptable ;
Supporter les directeurs de projets dans différentes tâches administratives ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.DEP en secrétariat, bureautique ou autre formation équivalente ;
1 an d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit pour communiquer avec nos partenaires hors Québec;
Compétences avancées avec la suite Office.
Être rigoureux et avoir un soucis du détail ;
Avoir le sens de l'organisation et être en mesure de traiter plusieurs dossiers simultanément ;
Avoir le sens des priorités.
