Contract Hybrid (3 days from Office) Our client is looking for an Intermediate Systems Analyst to join their team and provide technical expertise within the Human Resources department.
The role will focus on configuring ADP Workforce Now and supporting the transition of Human Capital Management and Payroll Solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of HR and payroll technology while maintaining business operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead improvements to ADP Workforce Now configuration to enhance HR and payroll operations.
Coordinate and implement system changes to align with business needs.
Ensure system reliability and data integrity during updates.
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to optimize system functionality.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for system changes.
Document HR and payroll processes, including system configurations.
Establish best practices for system updates and ongoing maintenance.
Support planning and execution of HCMS transitions and implementations.
Coordinate data migration and system integration efforts.
Ensure business continuity throughout the implementation process.
Partner with key stakeholders to maintain effective service delivery.
Design user-friendly training programs for HR and payroll systems.
Lead training sessions for HR and payroll teams, as well as end-users.
Create documentation to support system procedures.
Develop resources for ongoing user support.
Analyze current HR and payroll processes and propose improvements.
Implement solutions to streamline operations.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across HR and payroll teams.
Partner with business units to understand their needs and provide system solutions.
Offer guidance on system capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support change management initiatives across departments.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience with HR and payroll systems, with 2+ years' specifically with ADP Workforce Now configuration Strong background in HR and payroll processes and operations Proven ability to translate business needs into system requirements Background in continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge of industry best practices in HR & payroll operations Previous HCMS and/or Payroll system implementation experience Knowledge of emerging HR & payroll technology trends
