In this pivotal role, you will oversee all business activities across the province, driving growth and operational excellence while maintaining full profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
You'll be at the forefront of defining and executing strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the region achieves its financial and operational objectives.
The successful candidates will be a seasoned leader with strong business acumen and proven experience driving profitable growth.

P&L Management:
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure regional targets are met or exceeded.2.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.3.
Branch Operations:
Ensure efficient branch operations, optimizing resources to achieve productivity and cost-effectiveness while meeting company standards.4.
Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.Promote a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.Drive recruitment and retention initiatives to attract top talent.5.
Strategic GrowthDevelop and implement growth plans, including market expansion and geographic footprint enhancement.Identify emerging trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.6.

Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and safety standards, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe workplace.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within the fasteners, industrial supplies, or related sectors.Demonstrated experience managing regional operations with P&L responsibility.Skills & CompetenciesSales Leadership:
