Due to the continued success and growth of our Toronto office we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare team.
In this role, you will be working with a range of leading public, private, hospitals, clinics and digital health firms across Canada.
This is an extremely diverse role and requires a recruitment professional who can work within a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional candidate care is always maintained.
You will be working within a high performing team focused on talent acquisition, recruitment consulting and supporting healthcare and medical workforces.
Responsibilities Source, network with and connect with healthcare professionals Consult with candidates and advise on recruitment processes and the healthcare and digital health sectors Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Screening CVs and identifying a perfect match for specific roles.
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor's degree 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment Solid verbal and written communication skills Effective time-management abilities Compensation & Benefits:
