Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer (CGO), we are seeking 2 highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Managers (Regional BDM) to lead our sales and business development efforts in both Western and Eastern Canada. These newly created positions will be based in Vancouver and Toronto and will require some travel within the 2 designated territories (West & East).

As a Regional BDM within the challenging healthcare sector, you will be instrumental in developing new business and partnerships, while actively managing and growing existing regional accounts.

What You'll Do Here…

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Understand client needs, challenges and objectives to offer urgent custom solutions.

Develop and execute a regional business development plan to exceed sales & business development targets.

Deliver presentations, proposals and educational events.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

Work closely with our CGO, COO, and Marketing Director, to build & deliver customized solutions.

Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other sales & business development activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, participate in educational events, and share insights internally.

Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales & business development reports detailing new and ongoing activity & projects.

In depth CRM usage to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.

Strong critical thinking skill set

A deep proficiency in the English language (both oral & written) is a requirement (French is a 'nice to have')

What We Are Looking For …

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field; or a combination of education and relevant work experience.

Tech savvy

Minimum of 5 years of successful, full-cycle medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare related account management, sales and business development experience, with at least 3 years of deep CRM tracking & reporting experience.

Significant strategic planning experience as it relates to building and working to regional sales plans, business development, forecasting and account management.

Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with HubSpot is a plus

A sports background is a plus but not necessary

Pay Range:

To $150K (Base + Incentives)
