Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the web architecture practice and mentor a team of technical architects. This role is pivotal in defining and executing the strategic architectural vision across various projects and ensuring alignment with business goals. Reporting to the Director of Architecture and Engineering, this role combines leadership, innovation, and technical excellence.

Leadership and Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solution and domain-specific architects.
• Develop and enforce architectural best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals.

Visionary Thinking

• Ability to define and communicate a clear architectural vision for backend and frontend development practices.

Strategic Decision-Making

Technical Expertise and Breadth

• Deep understanding of integration strategies between backend and frontend components to create cohesive systems.

Architecture Oversight

• Define enterprise architecture strategies and ensure alignment across projects.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems.
• Drive architecture reviews and ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance requirements.

Technology Vision and Innovation

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for modernization and innovation.
• Prototype and validate forward-thinking solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Advocate for the adoption of new tools and methodologies to improve delivery and quality.

• Foster a culture of learning by mentoring architects and engineers across backend and frontend disciplines.

• Facilitate alignment between backend and frontend architecture strategies and business objectives.
