Proven experience as a Director or in a similar senior digital leadership rolePrior start-up experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred8+ years' experience managing an E-Commerce team and activities, including site merchandising, content coordination, UX testing, analytics, and platform developmentExperience with 3rd party tools for site merchandising, reporting, A/B testing, and emailDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plansDeep understanding of financial strategies and finance-related performance metricsProven track record of successfully managing P&L for digital businesses, with a strong focus on revenue and profit growthIn-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, and e-commerce platformsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesDemonstrated understanding of web design/development concepts and processes, and industry best practices for E-CommerceMulti-channel retail experience preferredWhat's in it for you:
