JOB SUMMARY:
As an Account Executive, you will be the backbone of day-to-operations on an account team.
You will lead projects and manage resources to ensure the agency is delivering high-quality marketing tactics, and doing so in a way that client needs are met on time and on budget.
You will be responsible for moving numerous projects through the agency at the same time and exhibit great organizational skills and a strong attention to detail at each step of the process.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Account Team Member:
Support the broader account team to drive and deliver client required projects.Client Management:
Liaises with client partners to discuss project execution with support from supervisorCross-Functional Collaboration:
Supports cross-functional team by managing client projects as appropriateAgency Operations:
Understands agency process, knows how the agency works, and how jobs flow throughthe agency.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understands and operates within established client and agency processes
• Partners with internal team members to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgets i.e., BCRs
• Owns and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversight
• Supports account team from creative brief development through final output
• Attends client meetings and participate as appropriate
• Prepares concise and accurate status and contact reports, and outline decisions made on next steps,key dates, and deliverables i.e., can develop and maintain project timelines
• Aligns day-to-day project tasks with timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Assists with reviewing projects for consistency with creative brief and client direction
• Provide prompts, well-thought-out responses to project requests and follow up questions
• Collaborates with cross-functional team daily to improve efficiency in status meetings
• Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with internal agency members
• Engages with clients on tactical initiatives with support from manager
• Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned category and stay up to date on relevant brand/categoryinformationEDUCATION:

• Interest in healthcare
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication
