The current opportunities available are for Administrative Assistants - Project Coordinators.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain computerized database systems.- Enter, manage, and manipulate data accurately and efficiently.- Gather and compile data from online databases and files- Organize and oversee work schedules, tracking details including numbers, durations, and outstanding tasks.- Arrange travel, accommodations, and room bookings for meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.- Ensure necessary equipment and boardroom setups are in place.- Monitor, track, and follow up on the progress of reports.- Send reminders to team members and address delays Qualifications and Skills Required:
