Client Service Representative

• We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with a diverse client base. Previous Collection Agency Experience is a MUST.Those that do not meet the below requirements, need not apply.
• Responsibilities
• Primary point of contact for clients
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email
• Address Client Inquiries
• Providing Product and Service Information
• Resolving any Emerging issues
• Reporting
• Prepare manual letters
• Adhoc Requests
• Manage & Distribute emails from General Mailbox
• Document UploadsQualifications
• Previous experience in a collection agency and/or client services is mandatory
• Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain cordial relationships with clients
