The expected hiring range for this role is $144,000 to $160,000 based on a 35-hour work week.
Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Director, Commercial Sales, you will lead a team of Commercial Account Executives in several BC offices, providing leadership and oversight in connection with sales processes across the region.
You will assist in representing Westland Insurance Group Ltd.
to the BC insurance markets and implement and support Westland's key initiatives and goals.
