In return, we promise to provide support, opportunities and performance-led financial rewards at a workplace where you can shape the future, win as a team and grow with us.About the RoleWe are seeking an Associate, Sales and Customer Service to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them on making informed choices and answering product questions.Analyze customer needs, promote products and services, and suggest choices and innovative solutions.Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.Your QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Team player skills.Dynamic and customer-driven approach.Developed advisory skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Great computer skills and ability to juggle multiple computers simultaneously.Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.Work ScheduleThis role requires you to be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:
00am - 8:
00pm and Saturdays from 8:
00am - 5:
00pm.
During the first year with us, you will be required to work every Saturday.
After the first 12 months, you will be in a 1 of 5-week rotation.
