We are seeking an Retail Operations Manager who will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and driving sales growth in our Bluenotes location in Midtown Plaza. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a love of denim and fashion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain operational excellence in all aspects of store management, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
Partner with the store manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers to drive business results and build brand loyalty.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 1 year in a retail leadership role, preferably with experience in denim or fashion.
An entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of brand ambassadors.
A deep understanding of the fashion industry, with knowledge of current trends and market dynamics.

What We Offer:

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
