Looking for a Dynamics Resource, for the role of Microsoft Cloud System Administrator with a specialty in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Specifically, Dynamics 365 software deployments, DEV/UAT/PROD environments, workflows, security, and administration in support of a major bespoke Dynamics 365 software release in June and July.
The role will be onsite or remotely.
They are looking to start the project as soon as possible and the project duration will initially be 3-4 months in length .
Experience and skills with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft B2C, and external services like DocuSign is beneficial.
Experience and skills with administration of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Dynamics 365 Business Central is beneficial.
Intermediate skills in incident and problem handling and troubleshooting are required.
Discipline in documentation and following established process is required.
Working with a project team and independently with end-users on service requests and support items is required.
Experience developing with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft SQL is also beneficial.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Systems Operations, this role is well-suited to candidates with a minimum 5 years of IT system administration experience and a minimum 3 years administering Microsoft cloud-based systems including Dynamics 365.
