Site Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven Site Supervisor join our team. This role involves overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, trade coordination, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-unit, full-cycle construction projects and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Manage resources to meet safety, schedule, and quality objectives.
Develop, update, and oversee project schedules, including short-term look-ahead plans.
Supervise and coordinate on-site trade activities.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues effectively.
Identify and address design deficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and other project challenges.
Supervise, mentor, and train site personnel as needed.
Monitor trade partner performance for safety, quality, and scope compliance.
Coordinate with vendors to order and manage material deliveries.
Enforce adherence to Design Build Solution's Safety Program.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, safety inspections, and schedule updates.

Your experience & abilities
Education: Diploma in Construction Management, Journeyman Certificate, or equivalent.
Experience: 5-10+ years as a Site Superintendent, with expertise in residential, commercial, or institutional construction. Design-build experience is a plus.
Proven ability to supervise, coordinate, and schedule construction activities to meet project goals.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster trust among team members and trade partners.
Demonstrated competence in safety, project execution, cost control, quality, and administration.
Thorough knowledge of construction techniques and the ability to interpret contract drawings/specifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.
Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented.
