À titre de conseiller (ère) aux opérations et formateur (trice), votre rôle est de fournir un encadrement, une rétroaction et un soutien à l'équipe des propriétaires opérateurs certifiés afin d'assurer un niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle parmi les meilleurs du secteur.
Responsabilités :
• Accompagner les propriétaires opérateurs certifiés lors de la réalisation de leur travail au sein des clients du bureau attitré
• Transmettre des compétences techniques en matière d'entretien ménager, travaux de décapage/cirage, nettoyage de tapis etc.
• Travail sur la route afin de rencontrer des clients et des opérateurs certifiés à divers endroits dans un territoire désignés
• Assurer que les normes de l'entreprise sont respectées chez le client
• Vous aurez un œil pour les détails et la capacité de repérer les possibilités de services supplémentaires
Profil recherché :
• De fortes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et négociation sont requises.
• Compétences en matière de communication et d'organisation
• Une expérience de l'entretien ménager commercial est un atout
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, un atout
• Permis de conduire valide
Horaire : Horaire du mardi au samedi de 13h à 21 h variable
Salaire de base à partir de 46000 $ / an selon expérience + bonis au rendement, assurances collectives, REER collectifs
