Aujourd'hui, LOGIAG accompagne des producteurs et productrices agricoles, ainsi que des multinationales de l'agroalimentaire dans la réduction de leurs gaz à effet de serre. RESPONSABILITÉS
En tant que gestionnaire de produit, vous serez responsable de gérer le cycle de vie complet du produit logiciel, de la vision stratégique à la livraison. Vous serez le gestionnaire clé pour synchroniser les activités des équipes internes pour créer une solution innovante qui soutient les agriculteurs dans l'adoption de pratiques durables face aux changements climatiques.
Sous la supervision de la directrice des technologies de l'information, le ou la gestionnaire de produit aura comme principales responsabilités :
Définir les objectifs stratégiques en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes;
Gérer l'équipe projet du produit logiciel (1 à 2 personnes);
Élaborer une feuille de route produit alignée sur les besoins des utilisateurs et des utilisatrices et les objectifs de l'entreprise;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs départements pour la planification, la coordination et le suivi du développement;
Interagir avec les parties prenantes externes (clients, clientes et partenaires);
Prioriser les fonctionnalités en fonction de leur impact, leur faisabilité et leur alignement stratégique;
Gérer les échéanciers et assurer un suivi rigoureux des livrables;
Mobiliser les différentes équipes;
Effectuer le suivi des rencontres et s'assurer que les tâches nécessaires sont prises en charge;
Assurer une communication claire et continue entre les équipes techniques et non techniques;
Coordonner des formations et ateliers pour les utilisateurs et utilisatrices;
Communiquer l'avancement des développements aux parties prenantes.
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Capacité à mener de front plusieurs dossiers;
Être à l'aise dans un contexte d'innovation et de croissance rapide;
Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership;
Habiletés relationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe;
Excellente compétence analytique, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision;
Connaissances techniques du développement logiciel;
Bilinguisme français (excellent)/anglais (fonctionnel) (oral et écrit) pour répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle
EXPÉRIENCE RECHERCHÉE
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produit;
Diplôme de 1er cycle en gestion de projets ou domaine connexe;
Diplôme de 2e cycle en gestion et certification PMP (ATOUT);
Expérience dans la gestion de budgets (ATOUT).
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Poste à temps plein (de 37,5 à 40 heures);
Horaires flexibles et télétravail majoritaire;
Déplacement au bureau (en moyenne 1 fois semaine pour diverses rencontres);
