*Sales Representative / Jr. Account Manager - Cosmetics Sales
• The Jr. Account Manager is part of the Sales & Marketing Department, and reports to the AVP Sales & Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for serving as one of the customer's primary points of contact on client specific issues.-
• Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain up to date customer profiles
• Develop relationships with customer, and serve as one of the customer's primary point of contact
• Monitor new development projects for both new and existing accounts, including working with the R&D team and coordinating cosmetic samples
• Coordinate purchase orders between the Operations department and customers
• Monitor inventory and shipment details
• Provide excellent customer service with thorough knowledge of company products, services, and features in order to meet customer needs-
• Qualifications:
• Experience in sales and account management in the packaged goods industry an asset
• Experience in cosmetic manufacturing is an asset
• Must have trend consciousness and a passion for fashion and cosmetics
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Courses in business, fashion, cosmetics, sales, or marketing an asset-
