9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)Our non-profit client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Scarborough Branch.Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries from the public, clients, and staff, providing support or redirecting as needed.- Maintain accurate records and update information in internal databases.- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.- Support team operations by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring coverage.- Assist with office tasks such as managing mail, booking rooms, and maintaining supplies.Qualifications:
