As the Executive Director, you will report to the Board of Directors and oversee all North Star Supportive Housing aspects.
This role fosters organizational growth, expands program offerings, and strengthens community partnerships.
You will also lead strategic planning, ensure fiscal accountability, and inspire a collaborative and mission-focused team.
Success in this role will be reflected in increased organizational impact, enhanced resident outcomes, and stronger stakeholder relationships.
Good Fit for the role:
You will bring a post-secondary education and experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector, with an understanding of mental health programming, facilities management, and social housing.
You will have exceptional people-centric leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, grant writing, and board governance experience.
Your demonstrated ability to effectively drive change management and excellent communication skills will enable you to identify opportunities, utilize your critical thinking skills, and provide solutions in a growth-oriented environment.
