Mentor and motivate sales consultants and the F&I office to exceed goals.
Build a culture of accountability, adaptability, and excellence.Client Experience:
Ensure every client interaction reflects the BMW brand's premium standards.
Address concerns and maintain long-term relationships.Process & Organization:
Manage administrative tasks with precision, streamline processes, and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.Sales & Profitability:
Drive inventory management, financial analysis, and sales forecasting to optimize performance and meet targets.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales management (automotive or luxury brand preferred).Strong leadership, organizational, and process-driven mindset.Expertise in sales strategies, inventory control, and financial analysis.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.About Us:
